Meetings: 4th Wednesday of every month
Fee: $180 to join, $100 per year to renew
The purpose of this council is unified representation to serve the professional remodeler and rehabilitator while providing information and educational opportunities.
Green Building Council
Meetings: 2nd Thursday of every month
Fee: Meetings free for Members, Event fees will apply for Non-Members

COMMITTEES
Governmental Affairs Committee
Meetings: 1st Thursday of every month
This committee focuses on monitoring various issues that relate to the Big Bend building industry. Monthly meetings serve as a forum for education and a major policy discussion. Task forces are formed on an issue-by-issue basis.
Membership Committee
Meetings: Tuesday of the week before the 3rd Thursday of every month
The quickest way to establish new business contacts! This committee recruits new members and works to retain existing members.
TBA Committee of Continuous Existence (PAC)
Meetings: As Needed
TBA’s Political Action Committee focuses on candidates and issues in local, state, and national elections. This committee screens and endorses those candidates who support and recognize the needs within the building community.
Ethics & Arbitration
Meetings: As Needed
Committee is responsible for responding to consumers who have filed complaints against a member of TBA.
SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEES
Parade of Homes Committee
Event: Mid-May
This committee helps to facilitate all aspects of the parade, which is an annual opportunity for builders to market their homes under a spotlight of extensive media and public attention.
Builder Appreciation Night Committee
Event: April GMM
This committee helps to plan, promote, and run this social event.
Fishing Tournament Committee
Event: June or July
Members of this committee help to plan this annual event, and may also participate in the tournament!
Golf Tournament Committee
Event: Late October, Early November
This is an action-packed committee that helps plan and promote an outstanding golf tournament during the fall.
