NEW TBA POLICY

NEW TBA Policy    Anyone who is on the payroll of a company that has at least one primary TBA membership (Builder or Associate), is encouraged to attend TBA functions and may do so at member rates.  This includes events, committee meetings, Networking Group, General Membership meetings, etc.  Membership in TBA is required, however, to participate in Green Building Council or Remodelers Council meetings.    Please call the TBA Office at 850-385-1414 if you have any questions.

OSHA Alert Enforcement for Residential Fall Proctection Begins on June 16, 2011    A recent decision by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals makes it appear that June 16, 2011 will be E-Day.  The Court held that OSHA is free to start enforcing the 1994 regulation against employers engaged in residential construction despite the 17-year delay in doing so.    Occupational Safety and Health Administration - Fall Protection Requirements
